Job Description

What you will do: 

• Guiding Scrum Teams on their way to self-managing  
• Be accountable for your Scrum Teams effectiveness and for causing those impediments are visible and removed  
• Coaching Scrum Teams, leaders, and entire organization on their use of Agile practices and cultivating the agile values  
• Enhance psychological safety, innovation and collaboration culture within the organization  
• Help the Scrum Teams keep the Scrum Events positive and productive, involve and unleash everyone  
• Teach the people how to use empiricism to manage products and focus on outcomes  
• Build the transparency in terms of goals, responsibilities, expectations, and needs  
• Help the people in the organization understand Scrum theory and practice 

What kind of background you need to join us: 

• At least one year of proven working experience as a Scrum Master, curiosity, and willingness to learn 
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile Mindset 
• Fluent business and technical English and Polish with excellent communication skills 
• Good skills to coach team on how to follow agile scrum supported by strong practical knowledge of Scrum theory, and agile practices
• Understanding the value of metrics and incremental delivery 
• Familiarity with common development practices, testing and product management in complex environments 
• Be able to challenge the existing status-quo and propose improvements 
• Proficient knowledge and experience in team development
